Payment & Deposit:

Deposit is due on booking 30% of tour program price. The balance is due 90 day before your departure date. Reservations made less that 90 days before departure, 100% of tour program price is due on reservation.

Covid-19 Special Rule and Rescheduling at No Extra Cost: In case a client(s) can’t travel due to COVID-19, Nile Infinity Tours will off the option to reschedule the entire trip for a later date at no extra cost. A client(s) can make the decision to reschedule the trip up to only 4 weeks before the trip start date with no penalty.

Nile Infinity Tours shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses or damages in connection with accommodations, other facilities at the accommodation, ground transportation, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accidents or health related problems during a tour or retreat and while in-transit to (e.g., an accident on the way to a tour, during, and after a tour), unless such injuries, losses or damages are due to the negligence or willful misconduct of Nile Infinity Tours and its staff.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage against these risks, it is compulsory that you do this if you wish to travel with us. If travel plans are delayed or cancelled for any reason, there will be no refunds issued by Nile Infinity Tours except as stated herein.

Nile Infinity Tours are not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips by a guest such as airline tickets or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.

Cancellation by Nile Infinity Tours:

Nile Infinity Tours will do its utmost to never cancel a tour or retreat, but if for some unforeseen reason we were to ever cancel a retreat or tour, guests are welcome to move dates or their payment would be refunded in full.

Refund / Cancellation by Client:

You, or any member of your party, may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. The cancellation will take effect from the date that written notification from the person who made the booking is received at our offices via email or fax. We recommend that you use recorded delivery/read receipt.

Any cancellation will incur a charge to reflect the reasonable costs incurred by Nile Infinity Tours in arranging and cancelling your booking. Charges for cancellation after the balance due date will vary due to the complex nature of our travel itineraries. Refunds are made be using the same method for the original payment within a maximum period of 14 business days. No refunds are paid in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.

*Please note, the costs of many internal flights are non-refundable.
*Additionally, cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

The full costs of cancellation will be communicated to you at the point of cancellation. We have prepared the following cancellation charges below as a guide only, and these are subject to variation.

(The cancellation charge detailed will be calculated based on the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling excluding amendment charges which are not refundable in the event of the person(s) to whom they apply cancelling.)

• More than 90 days before your departure date will be subject to loss of paid deposit.
• Between 60-89 days before your departure date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged and any non-refundable paid fees (ie; non-refundable airfare, cruise or hotel deposits).
• Between 30-59 days before your departure date, 70% of the entire tour price will be charged and any non-refundable paid fees (ie; non-refundable airfare, cruise or hotel deposits).
• Between 29 days or less before your departure date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Accommodation:

Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published prices inclusive of tariffs and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We will exercise best efforts to book hotels and Nile River cruises per the itinerary. However, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes.

Responsibility:

Nile Infinity Tours acts as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, or any other mode of transport, and assume no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes made by any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. Travel does not include airfare to/from the start point unless noted on the itinerary. Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges, or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and departure date are payable by the client. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.

Special Requests:

If the Client has any special requests, he/she/they should inform Nile Infinity Tours at the time of booking. We and our suppliers will try to satisfy such requests, but, as these do not form part of the contract, the company confirms that a special request to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to fulfill it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The company does not accept bookings, which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.

Complaints:

If you have any complaints while you are in Egypt or any other Nile Infinity Tours journey, please notify the company immediately because most problems can be solved quickly. If you feel that your problem persists, call the Founder of the company while you are still on your tour or after you return home. If you are still not satisfied with services received, you must write to the Egyptian Travel Agent Association. In the unlikely event that your complaint cannot be dealt with to your satisfaction by speaking to our staff member of the Founder of the company, you may refer your complaint to the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism in Cairo.

Permission to Use Video and Photographs

I agree that Nile Infinity Tours may use such photographs and video of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. Please note no images of you will be used unless you have seen them first and agreed to their use.

Payment Plan:

Payment plans may be entered into by mutual agreement with Nile Infinity Tours and the ‘client’ . Payment terms will be negotiated based on date of booking and date of departure. Payment plans paid through PayPal and/or credit cards by major networks such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are subject to 3% surcharge to cover fees.
We also support other online payment systems in some countries. Full payment is required to be completed (90 days) 3 months prior to departure date.

Acceptance of the agreement:

The contract constituted by the company’s acceptance of the client’s booking, subject to these booking conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Nile Infinity Tours (Company). The payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
